Handmade Napkins - Materials

napkinsmaterials.jpg

Spectrum Bundle - Check out our custom solid fabric spectrum bundles or pick 1/2 yards of solid fabrics of your choice
Binding Fabric - 2 yards Polka-Dot Fabric for 12 napkins (you can do it with less fabric, but with this much length you won't have to piece your binding strips)

Bias Tape Maker - This handy little tool makes folding strips a cinch! I used Clover's 1" Bias Tape Maker (aka 25mm)

Pins - Clover's extra-fine glass head patchwork pins are my favorite.  The more pins you have the quicker you'll be done!

Rotary Cutter - Olfa's 45 mm deluxe rotary cutter is my first choice for safety and quality.

Self Healing Cutting Mat - Omnigrid's 24" x 36" mat is the most useful size for long lengths of fabric

Cutting Ruler - Creative Grid's 6.5" x 24.5" ruler is the one I get the most use out of

Iron

Sewing Machine - The binding is attached with a sewing machine.

Thread - One spool of cotton thread to match the binding fabric

These are beautiful - your directions are great! I thought I'd mess up the finishing but they look great. Making another seasonal set now.
