Molly's Little Purses

littlepurplepurse2.jpg

I made these purses for my two little nieces. I filled them with treats like fake tatoos and Play Doh and gave them to the girls on our family vacation in Hawaii.

I made the bags in two sizes. They are quick, cute, and simple. Here is the pattern if you want to make one too. Directions for the larger size are listed first with directions for the smaller one  in the parenthesis.

The finished sizes are as follows:

Large Bag- 9 1/2" X 11"

Small Bag- 7 1/2" X 9"

What is the floral fabric that you are using behind the "animal print" tote?

These little bags are beautiful and the possibilities are endless with all of the choices in fabric in the stores toay. Your instructions are fun and not intimidating. Will definitely make some.

Did you use a sewing machine, or is this all done by hand? Super fabulous bags for kids!

This bag is the CUTEST, my daughter would love this, think I'll make one for her b-day in May! :)

I also added this to my site today, and you can grab an "I've been featured" badge if you'd like.

Thanks for the great idea!!
